Dark Costa Rica Juan Leon Estate
Our award winning Costa Rican coffee is grown on the JCL Estate in a region outside San Jose known as Heredia. This area offers excellent conditions for growing higher altitude, SHB (strictly hard bean) coffee. It is best known for the type of body produced in the cup. This roasting has a darker, bolder flavor.

Dark Java Estate
Coffees from Java are produced on one of four governmentally run P.T.P. Estates. We feel that the Jampit and the Blawan Estates offers a slightly more pronounced flavor. By roasting a few degrees darker, this volcanically grown cup develops a stronger, dark chocolate flavor and finish.

Dark Sumatra Mandheling
Our Grade1, TP Select is one of the finer grades of coffee grown in the Mandheling region of Sumatra. Its dry processing method makes for an exceptionally distinctive, full bodied and full flavored cup. This darker roasting further enhances the desert fruitiness of this classic favorite.
